Young Women Mentorship

IRise Young Women Mentoring Program is a leadership & personal development program serving young women ages 13-18. We are a multi-cultural, non-denominational, faith-based program that is operated through Circle of Sisters Ministry in the Greater East Valley area to include: Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley. Although, we welcome young ladies from all over the Phoenix Metro. iRise! works with young women to provide personal, academic and spiritual support and encouragement, by providing training in education, faith, and social dynamics; as wells as providing essential tools and opportunities for serving the community.

iRise! Mentoring believes that every young women has the potential to become Change Agents within their communities, by leading and sharing by example. iRise! will place a special emphasis on helping young women build personal self-awareness and maintaining healthy self-images through positive affirmations that are sustained by the scripture. In addition iRise! will assist in the development of leadership skills by focusing on self-reflection, critical thinking, goal setting, clear communication, networking, sound decision making, and personal accountability.
